Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at any time.

Estimated delivery is 10–12 business days from the date your order is shipped. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days and are not included in processing or delivery times.

Returns

If you would like to return your order for a refund, you must submit your return request within 48 hours of receiving your package.

After the initial 48-hour period, we will still accept returns provided the item meets our return conditions; however, refunds will no longer be issued. Instead, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of your purchase, which can be used toward any future order.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of both the product and its packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide the most appropriate solution—either a replacement or a full refund—at no additional cost to you.
